Our Story

I set up dressed to the nines in 2008 out of a desire to do something more creative career wise. Originally an online alternative fashion boutique, the focus shifted to purely jewellery when I realised that’s where my heart lay and it evolved from there.

I’ve always been enchanted by the antique jewellery gifted to me my mum and grannies. And much like a magpie I have a soft spot for anything sparkly, but it wasn’t until I bought a jewellers hand torch in 2014 and started experimenting with sterling silver, that I really discovered my passion for working with gemstones and precious metals.  My mum lost an earring from a favourite pair so I made it my mission to breath new life in to the lonely one that was left. I didn’t have much of a clue what I was doing but transformed it into a little ring. That was the first ever soldered piece I made. I’m still proud of it now and it’s still worn by my mum.

I am completely self taught, so it has been a bit of an adventure and a steep learning curve, but every day I am growing as is my passion in this most wonderful of artforms.

The Jewellery

The inspiration for our necklaces, bracelets, earrings and rings is drawn from an eclectic array of places. Our collections include wedding, equestrian and contemporary pieces, as well as what we’re most known for – our more geeky, alternative designs.  We focus on trying to say something a little different with our jewellery aesthetic. Distilling icons of an alternative childhood into beautiful, grownup pieces and transforming geek to chic.

All of our jewellery is hand fabricated from gemstones and precious metals – sterling silver, 9ct and 18ct gold. The emphasis being on making high quality, as well as unique pieces. As we are registered with the goldsmiths assay office in London, we are able to have our designs hallmarked too. A mix of ready to wear collections, as well as one off pieces. We also offer a bespoke design service. Our work is sold worldwide online and at select UK events throughout the year.

I’m dedicated to making beautiful and unique pieces for those who are looking for something a little different than the mass-produced offerings of the high street. Lovingly packaged in our signature eco gift boxes, the perfect present to yourself or a lucky loved one.

Handmade In The UK

All of our jewellery is forged by hand in our little workshop making each piece unique. A variety of traditional, as well as modern metal working, smithing and gem setting techniques are combined to produce pieces that aim to be both beautiful and of the highest quality.

“These cufflinks are absolutely beautiful and Emily went above and beyond in her customer service when, for some reason unbeknownst to either of us, in being shipped from the UK to the US, they went by way of Japan. But in the end, they arrived in time for my wedding, which was all that mattered, and I got many lovely compliments from friends. Can’t wait to wear them again!”

Meet The Artist

I was forever doodling and writing as a child so it was only natural that I would gravitate towards something more creative career wise.

I can’t say I had the most traditional childhood, but it was most definitely interesting. I treasure the memories of summers spent at festivals and family hikes up Glastonbury tor. A child of the 80’s, OTT fantasy and Snes games were a staple of my upbringing, and you know what? I never really outgrew them. My nose is still buried in books, my mind in other worlds, and I’m still gaming away. Alongside my love of tattoos and the alternative scene, they now form the inspiration for most of my collections.

At heart I’m still that little feral girl that feels freest outdoors and exploring, faithful hound by my side. Come winter I can be found slope side, snowboard in tow. I have a lifelong passion for everything equine. I never did get that unicorn I always dreamt of, but Amba, my beautiful chestnut mare comes close.

Come join me on my adventures friend, and sit a while for a brew.
